A customer focused product testing and loyalty program that I created and managed, and a project that I am particularly proud of.

This program fed important user data right back to the product development team so we could make a better product for our consumers. It guided brand strategy to create stronger sales pitches and marketing materials. It lead to increased consumer engagement, e-comm revenue, website traffic, and brought the customer to the center of the brand.

Most importantly, Innovation Insiders is about elevating the customer experience.
